Terms of Service

noryas ("noryas", "we", "us") is operated by Yasin Mustafa Yilmaz, trading as Yilmaz - Einzelunternehmen, Inh. Yilmaz, Yasin, registered address Dachsbau 4, 21635 Jork OT Königreich, Germany. These Terms govern your access to and use of the noryas application at noryas.com(the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

noryas is a procedure-documentation and execution-tracking tool for technical engineers. It lets you write step-by-step procedures once and execute them with checkoffs, notes, and a logged history of each run.

noryas is a documentation and record-keeping aid. It is not a safety system, does not validate the correctness of any procedure you write, and does not verify that a procedure was actually carried out correctly in the physical world — only that you marked it as done. You remain fully responsible for the accuracy of your procedures, for exercising your own professional judgment, and for the real-world consequences of any action you take or don't take, whether or not noryas was used.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide a valid email address and confirm it before you can sign in.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One account corresponds to one personal workspace.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to create an account.

noryas offers a permanent Free plan (up to 3 procedures, up to 3 collections, 30-day execution history, up to 200MB of uploaded images/files) and a paid Pro plan (unlimited procedures/collections, full execution history, up to 2GB of uploaded images/files), billed monthly or yearly.

Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle.com Market Limited(or the applicable Paddle contracting entity for your location, per Paddle's own Buyer Terms), acting as the merchant of record for all Pro plan purchases. Your purchase is a transaction with Paddle, subject to their own terms and refund policy, in addition to these Terms governing your use of noryas itself.

Renewal term: a Pro subscription has an initial fixed term of one month (monthly billing) or twelve months (yearly billing). After that initial term, the subscription renews automatically for an indefinite period, and you may cancel it at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period, with notice of up to one month — in line with § 309 Nr. 9 BGB. For yearly billing, each renewal is still charged as a single payment in advance for the coming year; that stays a technical billing cycle only and does not commit you to another fixed one-year term.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (Settings → Manage billing) while signed in, or via our public cancellation page, which requires no login. See our Refund Policy for what happens to payments already made when you cancel.

We may change plan pricing or limits going forward. Changes won't retroactively apply to a billing period you've already paid for.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or upload content you don't have the rights to.
• Upload malware, executables, or attempt to use file attachments to distribute harmful content.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or overload the Service's infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You own the procedures, steps, notes, images, and files you create in noryas. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you (e.g. rendering it back to you, generating signed URLs for your images/files, including it in exports). We don't claim ownership of your content and don't use it for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload anything you put into noryas, and for not including other people's personal or confidential data you're not authorized to store.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This is permanent and irreversible: it removes your workspace, procedures, executions, and uploaded files/images from our systems. We don't retain a copy after deletion completes, beyond what we're legally required to keep (e.g. billing records via Paddle, for tax purposes — see our Privacy Policy for retention periods).

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the date of payment, without giving any reason, in accordance with Art. 246a § 1 EGBGB. To exercise this right, contact support@noryas.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. We do not ask you to waive this right or to agree to early performance at checkout, so it applies in full for every initial purchase.

This 14-day right applies to your initial purchase of a plan. Renewal payments are not separately covered by this withdrawal right or by any refund promise in these Terms — see our Refund Policy for the full picture, including how we handle a cancellation that lands in the middle of an already-charged renewal period.

Refunds under this section are paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, processed by Paddle as merchant of record.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, noryas and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including any consequence of a procedure logged, executed, or missed through noryas. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. gross negligence, intent, or injury to life, body, or health).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you're a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may still apply regardless of this choice of law. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Amtsgericht Stade, Germany, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use noryas after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
